Are you still struggling with what you can and can’t eat on the Low-FODMAP diet? Well, the nice people over at YorkTest Laboratory have created this nice looking chart showing which foods are high and low in FODMAPs.
Foods shown in the green circle in the centre are safe, with the red outer circle showing the foods which are more likely to cause problems for those of us with IBS and related issues.
