Week 3 – Struggling

I’m halfway through my third week of the low FODMAP diet and I’m feeling really low. Despite a really good first week, I’m not feeling any better than I was before I started the diet and I’m confused about what might be making me bloated. I feel like I’ve cut out so much: I’ve tried to avoid all lactose, wheat, all of the high FODMAP fruit and vegetables, but I keep making mistakes and end up going back to square one. Read more
